How many guests can Canal Street Inn accommodate?

Our private garden can accommodate up to 150 guests for ceremonies and receptions. We also offer 11 on-site guest bedrooms for overnight accommodations, perfect for destination wedding weekends.

Do you offer destination wedding packages?

Yes! We specialize in destination weddings in New Orleans. Our destination wedding packages are designed for couples traveling to the city, offering multi-day wedding weekends with overnight accommodations in our 11 guest suites, vendor coordination, and all-inclusive amenities.

Can we tour the venue before booking?

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

We have contingency plans for inclement weather. Our historic mansion offers beautiful indoor spaces including rooms with stained-glass windows and crystal chandeliers that can serve as backup ceremony and reception areas.

Are menu tastings available?

Yes, menu tastings are available as part of our full-service wedding packages. Our team will coordinate tasting sessions so you can select the perfect menu for your celebration.

Is there on-site parking available?

Yes, we have on-site parking available for you and your guests. Additional parking arrangements can be made for larger events.

Can we bring our own vendors?

We have a curated list of preferred vendors who know our venue well, but we also allow couples to bring their own vendors. Our wedding planner can help coordinate with external vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Is the property dog-friendly?

Do we have to rent the whole house for a wedding?
